pregnancy and Pentasa

hello. I was diagnosed with proctitis in April 2022 and was prescribed Pentasa suppositories and it cleared up after a month. I haven’t had symptoms since, however I am now 7 weeks pregnant and since the positive pregnancy test I’ve had some mild symptoms. The IBD team have represcribed me Pentasa suppositories and say it’s safe in pregnancy. When you goggle seems to be some mixed evidence. Is it safer for me to take and keep the flare up at bay? Thank you
