Looking to try a more natural approach to Crohn's, can anyone give me some suggestions?

Hello from the UK. I would keep a food diary and avoid things that irritate the bowel like bread for instance. I had a leaky gut and the nightshade family items irritated me. Potatoes, tea and tomatoes. I would advise fennel tea and look for anything online that calms the bowel. Turmeric capsules may work for you too. It's trial and error sadly. Good luck in your quest Adrienne.
