hey buddy i was diagonised with proctitis too .I am just avoiding all the spicy foods and citrus foods.Eating home cooked food.Also i am taking sitz bath by putting some turmeric in hot water and sitting in that.Feels very relieved.Also do you excercise?is it part of your daily shedule?
