Very slow progress...

but week 1 done and not limping and running anymore! I haven't been out for a week as leg wasn't right after last run. Felt a bit sick, oh the joys of being a newbie again! However did I used to run for 20 mins? Seems a long time ago, oh well onward...Rollered my quads when I got in and it feels OK, nearly back to normal. So week two next, might graduate by end of summer!!!
