nagging spouses

hey there does anyone out there have a spouse that nags them when they go out running?

mine does but i go out regardless anyway!!

she hasnt worked out that the more she nags...the more I go out Lol!!!

Im getting super fit !!

Hubby made one mention of it and since then I've been going out first thing in the morning, mainly when he's not around so he doesn't know. He goes to work, the kit comes off the radiator, I go for a run, the kit goes back on the radiator (to dry the sweat!!) sometimes the kit goes in the wash and we have a naked radiator (but not for long). He's not mentioned it again!

All I hear is nag...nag...nag. But I nag right back to Steve (smhall) We both started the program and graduated together. Now we nag each other so we stay on track and continue running. Have you tried asking your partner if she would like to go with you? Steve and I are at different fitness levels etc.but we are able to make running together work. Good luck!!! Gayle

I'm lucky, my hubby is very supportive. He doesn't want to join me (with 6 screws holding his knee together, he's happy to stick with hiking for his activity), but he accompanies me to events and acts as chief photographer.
