I did W1 R1 today on the treadmill @ the gym. Any advice on speed I should be going at walking and running.
I've never been a good runner, but finished the 20 minutes and enjoyed it so keen to get the pace right.

There isnt a right answer regarding speed. It is personal. It will depend on how unfit you are, how tall or leggy you are, how much excess weight you carry, your age and stuff.
Laura says at one point in the podcasts that a steady jog is enough, but you are the best judge of what is challenging but achievable!
If I remember rightly I was doing about 6.8 kph on my "running" and 5.8 on my walking intervals but then I am very short and old and was quite overweight
