Running with Bruno ......................and a knee support.

I have finally got out for my first post grad run, It's been a week. My knee was feeling much better although not 100%, so I strapped on a knee support. Now I usually run with tubi-grip on both knees, but decided that my right knee needed something more. I've had the knee support for a while, but it's bulky and was a bit embarressed to wear it before. I ran and although my leg ached when I'd finished, my knee was no worst than when I started the run.

This was my first run without Laura in my ears, I chose to run with Bruno Mars and thoroughly enjoyed running with him. According to my phone app I made 3.5K, I think in approx 20 mins.

I was quite worried about getting back running, but I found a good pace straight away and just kept going, further than I thought I might. During the week when I was full of cold and feeling sorry for myself, I had visions of putting back on all the 3 stone plus I'd lost and becoming unfit again. Well this morning's run has restored my motiviation.
