Week 8

Halfway through week 8. Changed my route today and did a circuit through my village...this is quite a big thing for me, having managed to avoid running where too many people are for the last 7 weeks!

But now these runs are getting longer my old route was getting a bit repetitive, so i gave it a shot and it was great. A change of scene makes a huge difference, that is till i got to the hill!

Am looking forward to w8 r3 so i can do it all over again! :)

I found a change of scenery really helped me too, although finding somewhere level enough to run is becoming a challenge. It's usually a hill that ends my run now, rather than clock-watching. ;)
