Hi, got as far as w5 r2 without difficulty, and then took ill so that I haven't run or done any exercise for 3 weeks. Where do I restart?

I would go back and re-start Week 2 just to make sure I felt comfortable. If not I would go back to Week 1 and start afresh. Hopefully you should be ok if you take it steady. Good Luck!
