Watched this programme last night. Very interesting! In fact, I saved it on the planner and am going to force my husband to watch it too. Would love to hear more about the 2 day fast but was a bit perturbed by the fact that protein seems to be an issue in encouraging cells to be in a constant state of 'go go' and that increasing the risk of developing some cancers. I have recently increased my protein intake (mostly in the form of a daily egg and a bit more milk) in order to increase my metabolism and have lost a few pound with no effort whatsoever as well as never feeling hungry. Now, though, I wonder if that is such a good idea after watching this programme. Everything in moderation as my aged Dad would say!
