WkR3 Looming Closer!

Completed W5R2 today. Found it a bit hard but managable. Really want to get R3 over and done with as that's the one that's bothering me most - fingers crossed for Friady morning!!!

yes you can, the challenge of the first 20 min run is in your mind, not your body.

You can definitely do run 3, just drop your pace ever so slightly and you'll be running for twenty minutes before you know it. Good luck for Friday, you can do it :-)

You can do it! I was in a blind panic last Friday when I set out to do W5R3.... and I returned home tired but totally elated, having done it. As Phil72 says, go steadily, don't rush it and you will be very pleasantly surprised. Like Laura says it's as much a mental as a physical challenge.

Good luck for tomorrow, we can mentally cheer each other on as I will be doing W6R3, which fills me with apprehension.
