I know, it's so annoying, I always 'report' but not sure whether it has any effect.

I just ignore them now and hit report. If you remember how easy it was to set up your own account up, they take advantage of that process and constantly set up new accounts and then post adverts.

I don't think I would ever buy anything from a company that spams in this way, but someone must be...
