I am so happy to have got through week 7 without any major problems. My third run was on Friday and the only time I could run was 1.30pm. I have a running buddy but she was unable to run that day so my husband who is also doing the programme ran with me.It was quite warm compared to how the weather's been since I started the programme and from 20 to 25 minutes it seemed never ending! I did up my pace a little bit and probably wore myself out by doing this.I timed the twenty five minute running section and I managed 3.72km. I'm not sure if this is good or bad but at the moment It's the fastest I can run. Looking forward to week 8 and hoping I can manage the 28 minutes.
