Oh dear more rain .Race for Life on Sunday in St Albans might have to wear wellies instead of trainers. Fingers crossed the sun fairies are looking out for us so we dont have to wade through the park. Good luck to everyone on Sunday xx

Good luck with Race for Life! Do you ever do the Parkruns in St Albums? Thinking of giving them a try and wondered what they were like. I think they are in Verulanium Park on Saturdays at 9am..
