Week 4 done in the sun!

So it was sunny, I thought "how nice; I won't get drenched with rain when I go out" how wrong... It is hot! Got drenched with sweat instead and towards the end I morphed into some kind of galumphing tomato. Loved it though!

So week 4 is over woohoo! Of course I'm pleased to have achieved the runs but I'm also really happy to leave the week 4 music behind. On to week 5
