This week was 12 min run, 1 min walk, 12 min run, 1 min walk, 6 min run for me - so did 30 mins running in total. By the end, I'd done a little over 4K and thus covered most of my mapped-out 5K route. Was very manageable and I'm really hoping to do 5K in 30 minutes by the end of my nine weeks!

(My actual eventual end goal is to do the 5K in 20 mins, but that is another story!)
