Site would benefit if it had simple instructions on how to obtain the C25K Podcasts - Could be placed on Home page.

I think this site would benefit if they put instructions on (1) where to find the Podcasts. (2) how to download onto MP3 players etc. (3) Also available for iPod/iPhone from iStore etc.

Hi haveagogirl No payment for podcasts from ITunes, just type in the search box NHS c25k.

Have you tried downloading to your computer then you need to unzip the files before downloading to your phone. Try that it may work for you.

Have just come across this post. A fair bit of the information (link to the podcasts and how to get a graduate badge) is in the 'About us' section but the link to that isn't very clear and it doesn't exactly stand out.

HealthUnlocked are in the process of redesigning the platform for all of their communities (Couch to 5k is one of about 125) and I know they're working on issues such as post 'stickiness', enabling people to find old posts more easily and follow other people and to keep track of certain topics.
