I didn't find a big leap from W7 to W8 but I would suggest having even one more W7 run and if that goes well move on.

If you managed it without walking then you dont need to repeat a run. I had a couple of awful runs before graduating but as i did run them all i just carried on and went on to graduate in just under 30mins 5k. Of course as always said, its not actually the speed thats important but the amount of time you are running.

I only ever repeated one run (w5r3) even though didn't necessarily complete all the others (had problems in w8). I'd say if you managed it move on and give w8 a go. Good luck!

im on w6 and following a bad run on the first run of the week ive decided to do each run this week twice before moving on. i know my body can do it but i want to reassure my brain it can, also i do my runs at different times of day and want to leave the hardest to sunday which i run in the mornings and is allways my best run. up until now i have believed in the programme and still do but possibly dont believe in myself or im just putting off the long runs. how things have changed the body is more willing than the mind!

I`m finding week 7 tough too.

I`m very slow and know that running for 30 mins will be nowhere near 5k,

so I`ve ditched Laura (sorry music just too bad ) and am doing my own playlist and running 35 mins.

I think the added 10 mins is making it so hard, but at least I`m now covering 2 miles :)

I`ve still to do R3 and next week I`ll try for 40mins or 2.25miles.

I`d say just go for it Jodymac :)

Good luck.
