Hi I have just darted w3 and my knees are really painfull on the inside? I am a little naive and have not been stretching after each run,

In fact I just crawl into a hot bath ! Legs hurting and sore all the time does it get easier? Tips please????

Yes, stretching is really important. I stretch after the warm up walk and also after cool down.

Hot bath may not be the best thing...but ice is!

Stretching is very important! So is making sure you're wearing the right shoes. I didn't and now I'm off with a very sore knee :(

Make sure you go get your gait measured ;)

Try googling around to see if you can find some sample stretches online. I used some videos on youtube to help me work out how to do it initially.

My right knee in particular was hot and sore after my runs until I got a pair of shoes for overpronators. Anonymous36's suggestion that you go and take gait test is spot on.
