no stitches this time! I had one during the first run and it wasn't pleasant. When Laura said she started suffering from stitch around week 4 I was like wow is she watching me or something?!

I can't believe I've made it this far. The pain is short-lived and the gain is so worth it. Looking forward to getting w4r3 over with and starting week 5. I won't be missing the somewhat strange Egyptian sounding music in week 4...!

hi there, just done week 4 run 2 as well ! found it hard but then im 49 in 4 days and 2 months ago i was smoking 30 a day and had been for 35 yrs! good luck and WELL DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't forget the music - I'm sure it will reappear - just imagine you're running away from the tunes you don't like. Sad me, I was singing along today.

The music is sometimes a little strange but keeps us going.
