I ran for the frst time in a couple of years today and managed 15 mins without stopping. Always was a plodder of up to 3 miles previously.

this time i would like to use the app which i am hoping will help my stamina. What week should i start at, I was thinking week 5, has anyone else skipped a few weeks as they can already run a little bit?

I just skipped wk 1 but did the rest. It definatly works so I think its best just to use it. I am running faster then I thought I would and it is helping me go further

If you can do 15 minutes straight w5 probably is a good place to start, though starting at any week prior to that really wont hurt and may help to increase speed and stamina too.

Wk9r1 I jumped up and down...I ran 30 mins non stop

could run 30 mins.....have now registered for my first parkrun this Saturday for my graduation...
