Just gone and completed w5r1, although for me there is now the fear factor of fast approaching running for 20minutes (lol more like crawling) without stopping gulp!!!!!!

As you know I felt the same but it really isn't anything to worry about just so long as you pace yourself and try not to worry about the time. You really will have the stamina to do it even if you think you won't (like me). Its all in the mind - the programme has made sure the body is ok and can achieve it! Good luck!
