The moment you step out into that crisp morning air and feel that fresh air filling your lungs you are winning! Yes, you may only be walking but already your muscles and joints are thanking you… as your body warms up & your savour the beauty around you… clouds moving across the sky, pretty leaves, a puddle, your own reflection in a passing window.. when you feel ready you transition very gently into the run. Starting really slowly ensuring you are relaxed & comfortable especially those shoulders.. enjoy the feeling of the rhythm beneath you.. your music & the headspace…
