Have started running the Beyond C25K routines. My second go at the Stamina run I felt I could carry on running after the 40 minutes and hit the 6k distance. It helps that I've now found a good, almost car-free, route. I'm also enjoying going out in the early mornings when there are not many people about. Trying to sort my technique out - need to sort the core muscles out and lift my heels more. But progress feels good.

You are doing very well indeed GrandadM, well done on that 6K 40 minute Stamina run, it won't be long before you can get to running 10K, onwards and upwards. 😊 ✔️
