Hi everyone, its been a while.....when I posted last I was ready to start C25K again.....and I have, after another long illness related delay.Better late than never right? My post title says it all, I've rediscovered my love for running, I've lost nearly a stone in weight, and I'm absolutely smashing week 4!!

And, my sore hips work better when I run, how about that!?

Anyway just wanted to give myself a little shout out, I'll keep you posted!😊
