Had to repeat a few runs as had a break but week 4 now in the bag.

clip on slow running really useful and despite arthritis in knees can imagine getting to week 9 as a possibility.

I did check with my physio and a personal trainer that this was ok first.

Having a physio in your corner is such a bonus. They’re magic people! Really glad you’ve got some expert advice to know what’s right for your body.

It sounds like you’re doing brilliantly. Repeating runs if you feel like you need or want to is a really common thing to do and it shows you’re in tune with what’s best for your run journey. You’ve clearly found a beautiful spot to run in to! Just keep doing what you’re doing and enjoy! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
