Completed week 6 this morning, did find it a challenge, wasn't sure that I could keep going after 10 minutes but somehow managed to do it 😀, sometimes we just need to dig deep and trust the program/ourselves and take it steadyHope everyone had a good week, happy running 🏃‍♀️ 😊

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate, keep on running 🏃🏾 👍 but no more than 4 times a week, you still cannot run on consecutive days as that could cause a injury.

Well done you...!

Time now to relax into the lovely longer runs... let the new legs start to do what they do best.

Maybe too , time to up some of your rest day exercise too... your running body does need to keep up with the new running legs:)
