C25K transformed my life. Honestly. Couldn’t run for 30 seconds when I started a few years before lockdown and now……..well I’m not going to win any medals but….I run! I run! 3 times a week. I did parkrun in 33 minutes! I run and volunteer at local Parkrun every week. every aspect of my health has improved. So just want to say for anyone out there struggling, I am totally in your cheerleading team 👏👏👏. Anyone who remembers me from pre-lockdown, say hi and would love to read your latest updates. Best wishes all

Welcome back! I don’t think I crossed over with you before but having just skimmed through some of your old posts, there are definitely posters you’ll remember still around.

It’s so great to have graduates come back and inspire the new recruits with how they’ve carried on with their running journey. Your joy is clear for everyone to see! Thanks so much for sharing the running love! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
