Had a lovely if a slightly grey run in memory of Tim. I ran, I smiled and tonight I will raise a toast in Tim's memory and as a thank you to his enthusiasm and inspiration. Thanks Tim x

Oh, what a nice photo, Beach_runner ! I so miss being able to run on a beach (heck, I haven't even done this as I moved away from San Francisco before I started C25K...), so I am grateful for the photos. What a nice way to remember Tim!
