Tim's run

I needed to dig deep to get out of bed this morning to run in the early morning drizzle. It was a short 4k run, along the local country lanes in South Norfolk, dodging puddles. But, as ever I am really appreciative of all the support and advice from Tim and others on this forum that has enabled me to complete C25K, run for over an hour (occassionaly) and just enjoy the freedom of running, even into my late 60s. Thank you everyone.

Well done on your meaningful run this morning Knitruntalk. 💜Your lane looks very similar to one if mine.
