Hi Ethany, welcome, posting on a forum for me was a big step. Using C25K as a health recovery programme in my case was a revelation having never been a runner. The HU mentors offer valuable support and assistance and there are some really great links to explain just about every aspect of running help you may need. Keep posting and let people know how you are getting on.
