A beautiful run for me this morning in between the showers. I smiled all the way due to the beautiful setting and kept running as per Tim’s usual ending!

well done on your beautiful run! I had no such scenery as set out on my treadmill on Sunday with the plan to run 5 k! I got in the groove and thought ‘hey let’s push to 10K so I can post on the forum in memory of Tim.”Proud of myself I was about to post and then realised I was a week early!!!

Im off to Paris for a few days with an action packed itinerary so I don’t think I’ll be able to join in on Sunday! So have fun all!
