Finally back to C25K after an injury on run 1 week 9 just over a year ago. Currently on run 1 week 4 and really starting to enjoy it again. Didn't know this support hub existed but already found some useful information. Looking forward to chatting to people on the same path 😀

This Forum is a fantastic asset, and has the most helpful and supportive membership of any I have ever been on It really will add a great dimension to your running Glad you are doing the programme again - getting injured so close to graduation before must have been very frustrating.
