Thanks so much for your encouragement and advice the other day with your help I managed to complete with ease and an overall good pace. I started off nice and steady and took my son along and he scootered along beside me. This was a great distraction and the racing car commentary really spurred me on. After ten minutes it just seemed to feel easy (so right about the toxic ten!)
Thanks again now looking forward to week 6!

Congratulations to you Zaza87on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
Thanks all yes ππ» you are right Iβll keep that pace steady and it should be good. Heading to the coast on Sunday so some great coastal runs to look forward to!
