Honestly, I was dreading week 3 because I seriously doubted that I can run for 3 mins at a time. But today, I finally tried and it worked great! This was the first time I ran with music and it was SO much more fun, I will never run without music again. This was also the very first run, that I actually found enjoyable, even though it was hard, of course, but it was fun. Might be the music that made a difference but also the fact that I could not stop smiling after I pushed through the first 3-min-segment. Believe it or not, but I am actually really looking forward to run 2 this time I might become a runner after all

I almost always run with music. I need a bit of a beat to get me up the hills.

On your next run, do remember to keep to an easy pace; after a good run, it’s very easy to go off too fast on the next one.
