Urgh, after freezing at the sideline of my daughters football match this morning. An afternoon run in the wind and rain was not what I was feeling, a cosy afternoon on the sofa was far more appealing.

But I’ve just completed w6 r3, WTF!!!! 🙌

Hardcore! It's an amazing feeling though. I ran this morning and had to wring myself out at the end. That's what runners do 😜
