I was doing really well and was just about to start Wk 7 when life got in the way, so I’ve not been able to run for about 4 weeks now, although I have been doing silly amounts of steps (15-20k daily) as I have a very physical job, so have not been inactive.
Things have settled a bit now, so I’d like to pick C25k up again. Should I just start where I left off, or repeat some bits?

You wouldn't lose much fitness in the first 2 weeks and after that it would be gradual .All you can do is go out for a no pressure run and see how it goes !
I recently had a 4 week unintended break , I was running regular 10k's and a 13 and 14k before that .
I went back out and ran 3k after the break and felt fine .
But don't push it , there is no rush .
See how you feel after 10 minutes, and then decide if you could sensibly do another 10 , and so on .
Like I57 says, two weeks no problem, 4, hmm, be a bit more careful. I certainly wouldn't crack on with week 7 straight away. Maybe drop back a week or two? You don't have to repeat all three runs of each week if you find them too easy, just listen to your body.
