👋 I’m at r3w4 and have noticed bruising on the top of my feet, they’re quite sore too. Is this normal?!?!

Most pain in the top of the foot is caused by the fit of the shoe. Often this can be helped with lacing techniques.

The other replies are the thinking the same way as me. A top tip though is to make sure your bruises heal quickly is arnica .
