Finally made it to 5k today!!! Graduated from C25k about 5 weeks ago running about 3.5km in the thirty minutes. I’ve gradually increased my time and managed to complete 5k in 45 minutes…feeling very proud of myself after not being able to run at all 16 weeks ago 😊
