Well 10 weeks on and I can finally say I've completed C25K !! 🎉🎊🏃I must admit I didn't enjoy my last run this afternoon ..I don't think I drank enough during the day ..10 min in I already had a stitch , Heavy legs and banging head ect I nearly gave it up to repeat tommorw but I kept on and was extremely happy to finish it ha ha !
I run so much better in the morning ..I have been reaching between 5 - 5.50k since week 8 but in the morning I can reach 7k !? Anyone else find it easier in the mornings ? Unfortunately I can only run in the morning on weekends so I'm happy to continue to run for 30 min whatever the distance 😁 10 weeks ago I couldn't run 90sec without wanting to give up so I'm chuffed to bits ! Good luck everyone this programme is amazing 😊

Well done! Graduation is a massive achievement and the beginning of a new life as a runner. I too am much better at running in the morning, it feels more comfortable and I enjoy it so much more.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓
