After being inventive and starting off in my house due to hayfever, I haven’t been able to do any more as the pollen count down here must be particularly high at the moment. Anti-histamines, eye drops, nasal spray and inhalers .... and I’m still suffering. So, I’m putting things on hold till I stop sniffing, sneezing and wheezing. Thankfully tree pollen is my trigger so it won’t be too long now.

Hayfever Misery
Hayfever sucks! I've been lucky so far. I wear big wraparound sunglasses to keep my eyes clear and carry a pack of tissues. I was wondering though if anyone tried a medical mask running? I don't feel the need for one myself at the mo but was wondering if it'd work. I started wearing one hoovering and it worked a treat for my dust allergy. I'm thinking the mask will just fill up with condensation though. Any thoughts/experiences??😎
I feel for you. Before I reached my late 20s I really suffered from Hayfever.
Sorry to hear you're suffering. I just heard the national Pollen forecast and it will be Moderate to high for the next few days, the culprit being tree pollen. I know how awful it is, I've had it since teens but over the years has got much easier, but this year it seems to have come back with a vengeance! Hope you've found a non drowsy antihistamine that gives some relief, for me it's been trial and error. Fingers crossed you will soon be able to enjoy a run on a sunny Spring day, without streaming. Best wishes ☺️
