Yesssss!

I did it....I did it! πŸ₯³ I can barely believe I've done this - I'd never have thought it possible ten & a half weeks ago! The first couple of runs were such a struggle. Soooo chuffed with myself now though. This has been a great programme & Sarah Milligan has been a huge inspiration throughout - I've thoroughly enjoyed it (I can barely believe I'm writing this! πŸ˜€) I just hope i can keep my enthusiasm going now I've got this far. My runs have all been on the treadmill. I'd so love to run outside but due to long-term health problems - AVM, stroke & subsequent epilepsy - I'm too unsteady on my feet & have to hold on to the bar all the time - very frustrating 🀨 Who knows - maybe sometime in the future...... But for now I'll just enjoy the elation of my achievement πŸ₯°πŸ… Could you please tell me how I go about getting my 'medal'? Many thanks & best of luck to all the new runners......YOU CAN DO THIS!

Ha ha - thank you. I certainly did feel a bit giddy πŸ€ͺ Been swimming this evening, too - first time back & found it far easier than I expected so the running must have helped with that as well! Best of luck for your journey πŸŽ–οΈ
