Just got back from my first ever snowy run. I bloody loved it!! W6R1 down and I can’t wait for run 2 already. Who else made it out today? I think snow running might be my new favourite.

Wasn't it slippy?

It really wasn’t. I tried to run on the fresh snow to make sure. I had decided not to go for that reason but changed my mind at the last minute and I’m so glad I did 😊

Ah well done you! I’m very jealous 🤣. Was so slippy where I am I didn’t dare chance it. Looks as though you had an amazing run. 👍👏🏼🏃‍♀️⭐️❄️

Ah thank you. It was a great feeling. No music and the snow crunching under my feet 😊 I hope I get to do it again before winter is out and I hope you get some nice crisp snow to run on soon!

That would be nice - we had loads this morning but before you knew it, it was slushy and horrible! I walked to the shops and nearly came a cropper loads of times! Happy running Em23P 😀⭐️❄️👏🏼

I completed W4R3 in the snow. It was great! The snow was falling, so not slippery. I run in the park on grass, and it was really pretty. Certainly blew the cobwebs away!

Yes! I can’t believe I’m going into week 5 already. I’m coming back to running after an injury so taking it nice and slowly.

Would be good to find a running buddy 😃

I’m really struggling to find someone local too. I know it’s not quite the same but we could cheer each other on from a distance 🎉

Definitely easier Em23P I stuck to the fresh snow 👍

It looks very beautiful where you are! I’m hoping it might stick around for my next run tomorrow 😊 fresh snow is definitely better isn’t it.

Obviously it's a little tricky in parts but the different weather makes a run so interesting 🙂

It really does. My usual route felt completely different.

I did and it was brilliant in the sun and snow! Was due to do W4R1 but when saw the snow thought I would do a w3 again. However when I got out there I thought go for it and changed to 4! Really enjoyed and so pleased I managed it!!
