Week 6 and having to self isolate

Got to week 6 with one more run to go and now having to self isolate for 10 days. Should I go back to week 5? I've been doing HITT at home to try and keep up my cardio but worried about my shins as I had shin splints for a long time. Its taken a LONG time to get to week 6.

They say you don’t lose fitness for a couple of weeks so when you can go out again and are well i’d think do a week 6 run but take it easy and don’t push yourself
