Yes - did it despite a friend chasing me in a car park in his car beeping madly whereupon I ran round his car and told him I couldn't stop!!

After a very bad Week 8.2 run and implementing advice from IannodaTruffe and Rennur (tip: use an app to track pace as I was convinced I was running slowly until I checked my run in MapMyWalk). Since then the runs have been the best.
