Week 3 run 1 tomorrow!

I don't like running. I've always said that, but since starting c25k I've quite enjoyed myself! My shins were sore and my knees are a bit stiff but I did the stretching recommended and they feel better. I'm looking forward to tomorrow to see how it goes! I'm hoping I can get through it, it sounds a bit harder!!
