Well I havent done any runs since beginning of Nov. Today I decided I needed to get back into it. Sooo absolutely NOT looking forward to it, I decided to restart w4, r1. You know something, I loved it, was easier than i thought. Maybe time off has done the world of good 👍 🤔. Im so pleased with myself and feel so much better. Dont ever give up!
