Not sure I'm up to Strenth work. never done that kind fo stuff.

Anything that's not running and is low impact.

Go for a walk outside. I find it is a great way to stretch out those legs and ankles after the run the night before.
Eat cake, apparently. I'm not coping well with winter lockdown. Apart from that, I use resistance bands. They're cheap to buy and easier to store than weights. I've also bought a stability ball and I do lots of walking.
Indoors - Pilates (my usual class has moved onto Zoom), & exercise bike. Outdoors - cycling & walking. 😄
Pilates. It feels so good to stretch all your muscles especially after sitting at the computer and running. There are loads of free classes on the NHS website for all sorts of ages and abilities. I do some strength and flex work on a Saturday to try to build in more upper body strength and movement. On Sunday, my full on rest day I do as little as possible!
