Welcome to the forum and well done

on your progress.Blisters on your toes sounds like your shoes are too small. There is a link in the guide to buying running shoes.

Running socks also help reduce the risk of blisters and are well worth investing in.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

Sounds like you need a size bigger in your trainers, but fully agree with IannodaTruffe, invest in some decent running socks as they make a big difference. I have a few pairs, different makes, think they probably work out about £10-12 a pair, but worth it as they last a long time....
