I really enjoyed this session. I didn’t know what to expect, and 3x5 minute runs wasn’t too strenuous - a little calf and hamstring ache but nothing major.

It was chilly - 6° - so that helped with the motivation. Same route as always and the soundtrack was Guns n’ Roses - Usr Your Illusion I. I’m putting together a Spotify playlist to weed out all of the songs I don’t like. Podcasts don’t work for me because Jo keeps interrupting them 😂

Well done buddy. This is awesome. I’m with you on the music. Jo is a bit gobby isn’t she 😂 I need it to take my mind off the discomfort. I’ll be interested to see how run 3 goes for you. Keep on keeping on!

Thanks! The key for me is listening to the music, it helps the run segments pass really quickly :)

I dont think I could run without Laura. At least I would definitely not be able to run so far.

But I would like a change in music. The tunes are being repeated.

I guess it is whatever works for you.
